The Bronco Off Season Program not only contains a 10 week program for rugby & field based athletes, but also, a 30 page E-Book discussing the rationale behind the programming decisions. The program is designed for athletes to score a new personal best on the infamous 1.2km Bronco conditioning test, as well as additionally prepare for the demands of field based sports with plyometric, power, mobility, speed and change of direction components included in the conditioning program.
