2 - PHYSICAL ASSESSMENT
So we can objectively know where we're starting and where we need to go
With the latest sport science performance testing technology at at our disposal, our sports physiotherapist will conduct a detailed physical assessment to understand your current physical capacity.
Our performance testing will ensure that no stone is left unturned before you return to your sport as it reveals all your strengths and weaknesses
3 - INDIVIDUALISED REHAB PROGRAM
& DAILY COACHING
To ensure you always understand what to do in your program & when to adjust the plan
Sports rehab at AVOLVE doesn’t stop at a once a week visit to the physio. You will have daily access to our sports rehab staff to monitor your sports rehab training program.
We believe that athletes deserve the highest level of care if they want the best chance of getting back to their sport more of a weapon than they left it.
With our system, you can attend the gym morning or night and have one of our athletic performance staff guide you through your session to ensure you’re getting the most out of your training.
4 - RETURN TO RUN COACHING
So that your running & change of direction mechanics don't hold you back in your return to sport
To ensure we are doing everything we can to prepare you for your sport, our sports physiotherapist will take you out to the field to work on your running mechanics and create a return to run program that ensures you are covering all your blind spots in your physical preparation.
Our rehab field sessions will appropriately progress your running & change of direction loading whilst adjusting your technique so that you come back faster and more agile than you were before.
5 - RECOVERY CENTRE
To ensure your rehab journey is seamless and as comfortable as it can be
To compliment your sports rehab training, you can take full advantage of our recovery facilities includes infrared sauna, ice bath and normatec compression boots to keep away the soreness, swelling and promote healing during your rehab timeline.
Our recovery facilities can be accessed any day throughout the week during our opening times, allowing you to come in on those days off or after a session to ensure you’re doing everything you can to maximise your injury rehab.
