During the developmental years of a youth athlete, having constant support every single session is essential. When building the foundations of a strong, fit, fast and healthy athlete, having an expert coach  in your corner will give you ease of mind knowing your child is getting proper guidance every time they step foot in the gym.

For the price of a personal training session, we grant our youth athletes UNLIMITED face-to-face access to our coaching staff each week (just like the pro’s have it).

This allows us to be fully committed to:

  •  Oversee technique and improve movement coordination
  • Adjust training schedules to fit around sporting commitments
  • Make necessary adjustments to the program based on fatigue and readiness levels
  • Be with our youth athletes to celebrate their accomplishments every step of the way
